We strongly encourage all parents to pre-register and pay online. 
Online forms will only be available until Friday, October 25 at 12 noon. 
After that, registration will need to be done on the day of tryouts. 
When you pre-register:
  • Simply check in and get your player's tryout number.   
To pre-register follow the steps below:
  • Click on the Tryout Registration button and complete the form.
  • Click on the USAV Medical Waiver button and complete the form. 
  • Click on the Spark Medical Waiver button and complete the form.
  • After completing all 3 forms, print and sign them in ink.
  • ​Scan the forms and save them to your desktop.
  • Email the forms as attachments back to [email protected].
  • ​Make your payment through Venmo or Zelle.

NOTE:  You can also print the completed forms and bring them with you to the tryout.

Please use the NCVA Age Definition Chart (below) to select the right age group your child should be trying out for.  Just find their month of birth and match it to their year of birth.
Online Registration is now closed.  We will have the forms tomorrow for you to register on site to participate in our tryout.  We look forward to seeing you!!!
***IMPORTANT NOTE: ​ You MUST have a current NCVA membership in order to tryout.  If you played last year, your current NCVA membership expired August 31st, 2024.  You will need to have a current NCVA membership to try out.  For players new to club volleyball, you can purchase a Tryout Pass through the NCVA website.  You must provide the players’ NCVA Membership Number when registering for the tryout.  Registering at the door will be slow and will take time.  Time that you can use to watch your player tryout.  Please click on the NCVA Membership link below to go to the registration page:  ​

​What to do Before Showing Up to Tryouts
BRAND NEW CLUB PLAYERS
STEP 1.  Go to NCVA website, on the top menu bar click on the Register tab and select Memberships.  The parent will have to create a SportsEngine Account.  Scroll down to Parent Instructions and click on the Parent Account Creation video or Create a Parent/Family Account PDF form for help.  After creating the parent account, you will need to exit SportsEngine and then log back in with your newly created account.  Once logged in, click on Add a child (player).  You will then enter your daughter's information.  After these steps have been completed, purchase a Tryout Pass ($15).  If your daughter is selected for one of our teams, you will need to purchase the full membership ($75) in order to participate in the 2025 season.  The cost of the Tryout Pass will be credited into your full membership cost.  NOTE:  The Tryout pass is just temporary (expires 12/31/24) and does not cover the volleyball season.  
STEP 2.  Complete the Spark Tryout Form using the button above, print it, sign it, save it to your desktop and Email to [email protected].
STEP 3.  Complete the USAV Medical Waiver using the button above, sign it, print it, sign it, save it to your desktop and Email to [email protected].
STEP 4.  Complete the Spark Medical Waiver using the button above, print it, sign it, save it to your desktop and Email to [email protected].
STEP 5.  To expedite your check in process, you can send your $40 tryout payment via Venmo  @Spark_Volleyball_61 (Please include your name and the players name).  You can pay at the door if you prefer (cash/check) but this could take time.
​Step 6.   Once you check in, your player will be given a tryout number.

NOTE:  Following the steps above will make it a much smoother and faster check in!!
CLUB PLAYERS WHO PLAYED LAST YEAR
If you played for a club last season under the NCVA, your membership expired on August 31st, 2024.  You will need a current membership  or a tryout pass in order for you to tryout.  All athletes participating in the 2025 season will need to have a full membership which covers September 1st, 2024, through August 31st, 2025.
STEP 1.  Complete the Spark Tryout Form using the button above, print it, sign it, save it to your desktop and Email to [email protected].

​What to do after tryouts if you made a Spark team
STEP 1. Show up to Commitment Night which will be on Wednesday, October 30th, 2024.  (Times will be posted during tryouts)
STEP 2. Complete and submit all forms under the commitment night tab on your schedule commitment nighttime.
STEP 3. Sign Letter of Commitment in front of a Spark staff member.
STEP 4. Pay the initial fee deposit (You can pay through Venmo/Zelle, Cash, Cashier's Check, or Check).
STEP 5. Meet your coaches and teammates.
STEP 6.  If you purchased a tryout pass, you MUST purchase a full membership good for the 2025 season (09/01/24 - 08/31/25).
