Commitment Night
Commitment night for our 14's, 13's, and 12's tryouts will be on Wednesday, October 30th, 2024.
Times will be announced at a later date.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Commitment letter MUST be signed in front of a Spark staff member. This form CANNOT be dated and signed before your commitment time.

What to bring on Commitment Night
- Print all forms (below) sign and date them.
- Commitment letter will be given to you at signing.
- Bring copy of the player's birth certificate.
- Pay your $700 deposit. We prefer if you use Venmo or Zelle but we will take a check or cash.
- Meet and greet the coaches and the players. Season schedules will be handed out.
- Select Team Parent.
